I'd actually very much like both of these.

Ok I only counted the two flow usages. I never had the impression the thing in SB was supposed to make you feel that she died but I can see how someone might think that. By the time she had her sacrifice in endwalker it was abundantly clear that the scene was not a death scene, so much so that she even says it and neither where the previous sacrifices or the ones afterwards. I doubt that can really count.
I liked Asahi.
I've been playing about a week now - I'm quite new to the Final Fantasy universe, after playing WoW since the first open beta. I've tried a few MMO's since WoW started it's slow decline after Wrath of the Lich King - Rift, LotR Online, SW:TOR, Guild Wars 1 and 2, even FFXIV for a hot minute a few years ago - nothing really caught on like WoW did in the beginning. But this time feels different. Something feels really right. I'm starting to get the same sense of "wonder" that WoW had when I first started playing. The storytelling is excellent and engaging - right up there with SW:TOR in terms of quality. As far as gameplay, class design, etc. - seems good so far but I won't be able to make a fair assessment until I reach endgame. I may join a free company at some point in the near future, but I'm not certain that's a great idea just yet. The best friends I had in WoW were people I met just playing the game, out in the world. We would have fun doing a dungeon or something, then we'd do it again, and eventually we'd have a whole crew of like-minded folks just having a great time. Seems more natural than filling out a job err I mean guild application. So maybe I'll just keep playing and see who I meet up with.
