Max parry, the rest acc. That way I can maximize other gear stats without having to depend as much on pieces with acc on them.

I would guess is red because you just melded +1 in that stat.....and if you were to use the scroll now (which is not even posible) or meld a 3rd stat (can anyone confirm if it's possible?) your shield would get a parry +1....which is a downgrade for the parry+12 that your animus has.

When you get to parry+13 it'll most likely will show up in green.

And? Noct also only has 9 Parry. So yes, the reason it only shows 1 is due to an unfinished scroll most likely. That doesn't mean it will hit 13 though. I'd wager closer to 10 if he maxes out Parry first.

Nah, parry can go up to 13. And acc to 9 in my setup

Then I was right, 9 ACC. I was telling him that JUST because Noct has 13 Parry, it only can cap it out because the ACC on it does NOT cap, ie hits 9. Both sub stats on given item are not capped. One may be, but not the other.

You were responding to something that wasn't there. I said that the stat cap for ACC is 13, which is true. If he wants to do a 13 ACC set up, then it's possible. You said earlier that it was "not likely" that he hadn't fully melded the scrolls because the caps for sub stats are minimal. I responded to that by saying it's clear that he hadn't fully melded the scrolls because A) the giant yellow letters actually say that, and b) acc can go as high as 13 if he were to cap it.

because it's lower than the animus parry value?
vit str acc are higher so green, parry lower so red

why wouldnt bit be legit? do people no longer read the quest text?
they talk about 5stats at some point in the quest.

Yeah its legit. you can add up to 5 bonus stats on your novus config.
