Transfers are up!

Later my friend. My all your dreams come true.

Does anybody know if there's a cooldown when you transfer a character before you can transfer it again ? Haven't seen any info on this.
For some reason I'd like to change my character name, but I'd like to avoid being stuck on another server for a couple of weeks/months in order to do so.

I already have and it still doesn't show the correct list.

I believe the cooldown between transfers is 3 days

This your first p2p game from launch? Cause most games have quick intuitive paid transfer services from day one...not to mention they dont have a mechanism in place that separates friends and guilds so extremely to begin with.

Can i transfer from legacy server to non legacy server ?
