I like how this is now the longest thread on the board and still hasn't had any resolution, or that SE hasn't acknowledged that they are the problem since every single ISP that matters has been listed 10x over. It's not everyone else's infrastructure that sucks.

ISP: Canal Digital
Country: Norway
Time: Around 17:00 to 23:00 CET(GMT+1) every day the last week.
Getting tons of packet loss. Everything besides me freezing for 2-30 seconds at the time.
Yesterday I tested by logging into the other eu/na servers and had same lag as usual.
But when I tried a jpn server the lag was gone.
Logging back onto eu/na server and lag was still there.

PS3 version. Tons of packet loss during the evenings. Stops at around midnight. Last week was the worse.
The worst problem is not the lag spikes themselves, its that the game has a chance to desynchronize (characters stop moving) after a lag spike. I believe that this part of the problem should be fixed on the client.
ISP: Ownit
Country: Sweden
Time: Mostly all the time, much worse on peak hours
Issue: Rubberbanding. DISGUSTING amount of rubberbanding
Unable to play any dungeon cause of this, avoiding aoe effects from bosses is pure luck
Interesting. Canal Digital, Bredbandsbolaget and Ownit are all Telenor companies. Other swedish providers do not have this problem, if i correctly understand. Only canadian lag, but thats expected.
ISP: Bredbandsbolaget

- When it occurs:
From 19:00 (7pm) until 1am (01:00). The lagg is what everyone else here is describing. The game freezes cant hit mobs getting 5-10 second delays on spells and then when the game kicks in everything fast forwarded. I called Bredbandsbolaget customer support and they claim the problem isnt from their end as an ISP provider but its square enix servers where the issues are. I'm not sure if they are telling the truth or just avoidng to actually trying to fix the problem.

When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?)
Pretty much all the time. Not so much during mornings, always bad during afternoon/night. Dungeons/instances are impossible during these times. There is a 5-10 second delay when moving/casting spells. The game is unplayable during these times.
Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them
Comcast /Xfinity says they are not the problem. They are not throttling. The problems lie with SE.

No specific times. I experience heavy rubberbanding at times, but it seems to be unrelated to peak hours. Instances are esspecially bad, making them much harder than they should be.

United States of America, specifically South Florida.
When does the problem occur:
Always; I typically play 6PM-12AM EST.
The problem seems to have been getting worse over the past two weeks. It was always barely tolerable since release, but now it's become a real thorn in my side. I could barely run AK last night the first time, then the second time I completely timed out (R0) and was unable to log back in for an extended period of time (I gave up after 10+ minutes).
