Please implement something to teach players how to play

I don't have a problem with C+ players - they can clear content fast enough, hell, I'd categorize myself as a C+ or maybe B- player even - but with people that actually PLAY the game and use their abilities I have no and I mean absolutely zero issues

This. C level players will still use their basic rotations and, even if they are a little lazy about, still make use of their basic job mechanics.

F players are simply those like Wyv.

D players are typically the new players that will typically advance to the C skill level after getting to play for a while.

I'm not a min-max player. I'd put myself around the same range as C+ to B+ depending on the job and role.

I'd have tried but opened chests where people don't roll on the loot makes it kinda hard :P
plus, the dps' did enough damage so everything got done in a relative timely fashion, the 5 minutes extra are not really a big deal

just for the record, wyv is defending his wife who actively does not use half of her abilities because she doesn't like the look of them - and how that's perfectly fine because it's "just" DF and that people should expect players who actively refuse to play their class in it and how people who expect more are toxic, tryhard elitists who don't have friends

How convenient. You're expecting people to believe that someone can play 2 DoT based DPS jobs without understanding what a DoT is? 60 years olds are still very capable people, do better. Next you're gonna tell me they play BLM without using Fire spells or NIN without Mudras?

How can he be reported if he never names them? For all anyone would know it was just some random individual that has 0 inkling about any of it.

People have gotten away with far worse on twitch, especially he himself, so I doubt he'd get any backlash.

That's... literally 25+% of an expansion's patch cycle contents you've excluded there.

Remember, at least in NA, even the easier Savage tiers are "obviously niche hardcore content". And there are plenty who don't even step foot among Extreme trials.

And if players don't want to engage in that 25%, isn't that fine? "Working as intended"?

Shouldn't you be glad that the devs even give 25% to content for stuff that (according to you) isn't even used by a large amount of players? If nothing else doesn't that say the devs are listening and creating content for a niche group of the player base?

...wouldn't that suggest that "hardcore players" are the exception and not the norm?

Eh, that at least is only a 8 potency loss per GCD over time. I can't say it's more effort that it's worth, as you literally just hit Q or E (or move the stick for a half-second) twice per combo, but /shrug.

Here's just hoping she's picked up a thing or two about her oGCDs, as those actually will make a large difference.

I'm having trouble believing the whole "doesn't know what a DoT" is, though...
