Those look like the Bard AF3 pants, from Esoterics.

Far as I know that's the only pants in the game that have one leg bare (at least on females. For males it's normal pants)

To my wallet's dismay, I realized that the Thav Armlets look really cute with the Choral Shirt, and, because I was bored with my previous glamour anyway, I promptly came up with a new outfit. So here's a fancy, dancey Kip!

Choral Shirt + Armlets + Spring Skirt is a great combo! It has a Romani feel to it, very fitting for a bard :)
