You are so lucky. I wish i had a queue window. I refuse to sit there and log in and out 500 times to get in. I swear next time i get in im sorry but im not logging out. lol

SAme issue here i was just going make a new character on a difference sever but cant do that i been trying to log in for 6 hours now and cant get in this is BS ethier people just staying log in and not leaving or they need to get better server to hold more poeple at a time and disable AFK mode put a 1 hour inactive kick form server on to remove people that just stay in game and never log off when thier gone

Picked up my copy 4 hours ago and am still unable to login. Seriously, my classmates in Video Game Development know more than you guys do. AFK timers, server status bars, how hard is all this? We had to do this crap in just 1 semester only our games didn't have these graphics.

Every other MMO has like a 30 minute AFK timer. Why they can't implement one is beyond me.

Unable to log in any US server currently just get 1017. What is SE doing on official launch day?

What is really awesome is actually making it into the queue, getting your number and THEN the "World is Full" pops up over top of that. Great job. *golf claps* OOOoo OooO I know whats even better, having to try repeatedly over and over until the server list dissappears where you can't get to it unless you either restart your entire PC or wait 20 minutes. Thats fun too. I can't believe this much fun only cost 50 bucks!!

Yeah I had a friend tell me he emailed them to cancell his and his wifes order from amazon and they issued a refund with no fuss.

I wonder how many Legacy people will still be around once they have to start paying for the game?

Can't get into Diablos. They seriously need to make the worlds so they can hold everyone in them and just put other people in different world, an afk timer, or even let you send your character into a different world. I don't really care so long as I can fucking play this game I just bought. I didn't have any of these issues during beta testing. No one is going to wanna pay a monthly fee for a game they can play once in a blue moon.

I was one of the Beta complainers I guess you could say, most of my problems were with how the game itself was set up. I didn't like several factors about the battle system, or to summarize all my points how "easy" the game was up until endgame, which I think is a silly idea. After playing for about 6-8 hours yesterday, I found the game to actually be appealing. They did a good job making it and while I'm no newbie to MMO's and I'm used to Final Fantasy games having a moderately high learning curve as opposed to more mainstream western titles, I can appreciate how the game initiates the new player. So I woke up this morning with the intention to procrastinate on some of my school work and give this game the chance it deserves.

Can't play.

So now I'm in a dilemma. I want to play the game that I, up to this point, pretty much raged against for doing so many easy things terribly wrong and acting like it was incredibly difficult for a game company to include simple concepts which make a game fun and entertaining and challenging. Yet, I like many of you am being barred from playing on release day after months and months of Beta testing concluding with a final Open Beta in which login issues and server stress issues should have been almost fully eradicated. And for some, it's been 3 days of this, 3 days which were promised as an early access period...I was there for the early access of 1.0 and it went more smoothly than this. Despite the game being less fun, you could play it.

I'm going to show as much patience as I can, but this error 1017 with no notifications on when servers will be available again and no login queue is beyond frustrating. With all due respect to the hard work the developers have put into this game, have problems like this is worse than having a game which isn't accessible to non-experienced MMO players or non-experienced Final Fantasy players.

Same problem for me on Leviathan. Last night it was my friend who couldn't log in. Now he is in and a bunch of us can't get in.

SE. I can understand some issues at launch. However, now I can't log in because you've put restrictions on the server and you won't even put me in a queue. I will not waste my 30 days if I can't be assured that I can log in most of the times I have available to log in. I guess I'll just wait to see when you get this sorted out. What really makes me rage is I have friends who logged in this morning and have just put their character in a corner while they went to work. So they're just taking up space because you won't dc them for being afk. I'm sure they'll make amends but I want them to be successful and this is just ticking people off. Me included. I still want to play but I will wait until I get online before I give them a credit card.

I'm in school right now to get my degree in Software Engineer. And to be so lax with this performance is extremely worrisome for me. If I was on a project that had this bad of a release I wouldn't want my name attached to it and if I was in management I would expect to be looking for a new job.

Okay now I'm pissed and its hard to get me pissed. Wanted to craft me a new hq militia sledge and had my hq materials on my alt. Logged out and now I can't get back in to get my hq items off of him and into the company chest.

What an absoulutely horrible waste of time. I don't have time to sit here and spam start character yes, 1017 over and over and over and over.

Please for the love of all thats holy do something about this, your losing customer base left and right

they only let the gold sellers onto the NA servers, and the forever AFKers (I can only play once a week but I will leave my toon on 24/7, because I can). :mad:

Last night I was held in que... That is the correct way to do this. I can't sit here for hours clicking on my character only to be told the server is full and to try again later.
Later when? How full? There is no info and it is infuriating.
This comes close to something like a Darkfall release which probably goes down in history as the worst MMORPG launch in gaming history... Until now.

Went home on lunch to try before the big launch day rush, lol, "World is Full try later (1017)" :(

Yeah I log in early in the morning when I wake up to go to work and go afk.. Then I stay on (after playing) and if I wake up in the morning and im logged out I log back in before I go to work.. I come home and play.. =)

There is nothing worse than "unable to play the game". Thats as low as you can get. Well, except maybe, "everyone can play but got a virus that destroyed their computer on day one". That might be the only way this could get any worse.

This is the kind of crap that leads to class-action lawsuits. Pay for a product that just plain doesn't work? And Americans, especially, are lawsuit-happy.

this is infuriating now. I loaded in for like 10 seconds, then was put on queue, then was 1017'd

To the west coast people: In the morning, sign in. Then leave it on. It'll take you hours to get on when you come home.

Been trying to get in since 2:30 EST and no luck, servers full. I got into queue once after spamming the start screen but then it 1017'd me. *sigh*

Damn SE. I get into a Queue, then 1 minute later at 102 in line it tells me the server is full. WTF is this.

Sweet after slogging around at work today in 120 degree temps I come home to Error 1017. Seriously get the queue working again and let me play. Take my monies SE!!!

Simple solution, for every day that they don't fix this issue, an extra day of free play needs to be added onto everyone's account, and also these free days should count toward the veteran status.
