You elites "who plays much more than that" will still be ahead(better geared), you can do more instances than normal players, get more coin drops than normal player, your position as top dog in the game will not be jeorpardized at all by allowing content to be accessible to normal players.

To be perfectly honest, it's because SE doesn't deem Emulate worth hot-fixing.
If Emulate was fixed, I can truthfully say that this wouldn't be the case. Straight up, Emulate breaks the NM scene. It works on everything except Uraeus and Mosshorn.

I was NIN and SAM in XI so almost all of my gear was from instances. I had full Usukane, shadow ring/mantle. No matter what nothing was leeter than D ring. Nothing.

HNM drops were WAY harder to get than instanced stuff no matter how hard the actual fight is.

Ive played FF11 since the day it came out and abyssea destroyed the game.

Please show me a casual LS in 11 that had all the endgame gear, i would love to see this.

HNM people do leve's/quest, we just do them efficiently in 1hr+ and have time, you takeing 3hr+ to do the same thing shouldnt be my problem.

We kill all the NMs with less than 6 people with no emulate tank. This is irrelevant.

my bad then, however in XI you have many instances that will keeps you occupied throughout the week and work to obtain varieties of gears, you do not only do einherjar that week. People camps kings because it provides the best gears and in smaller timeframe to achieve it, they were forced to do it (kinda)..

if Kings gear were available from say salvage (or lets say Dring from Einherjar), would people still do kings? some probably would for another chance at it, but alot will also stop coming to KB. I know i had more fun doing Salvage than camping kings because it requires teamwork and strategy with ticking clock to clear the zone, and if i had the option to obtain every other kings gears from instances, i wouldnt have spent my life on camping them.

people got bored of salvage. And zeni got introduced. I never got a chance to do salvage. And i really wanted that morrigan set for my rdm ; ;
most salavge times were not for me.
