Not sure if true or not but allegedly a friend of mine who reads Japanese mentioned some comments were like those severs in question always had a "green" river issue and when this happens on the main servers then it is an issue. Other comments mentioned it was on the last pages of PF.

Overall idk I do not know Japanese.

If I say yes, it would just be dismissed as either I'm lying or that I'm in the 1% of players that can do this, either way being dismissive and not addressing the problem.

Because you don’t need to be part of the 1% to notice how little healing is actually required in these fights that the 1% can clear them without healers

90% of healing here comes from SIO and divine veil, so 4 roughly medica 2 potency heals every 90 seconds. Okay if that’s enough to heal the raid why the hell are 28 of my 35 buttons heals that have disgustingly high power like seraph, seraphism, macrocosmos and pnuema

It doesn't help that they keep adding more healing and Mitigation to other jobs that further compounds the problem. Between the buff to Second Wind, the extended timers on Addle/Feint/Reprisal/etc. and the inclusion of skills like Earth's Reply and Lux Solaris, it's really only a matter of time before every job has a means of making healers even more redundant

I'm a gray tier healer in savage, unoptimized and have basically zero practice or coordination. I went to heal two savage fights last expansion. As a bad healer I should've been overwhelmed, right? I should've been happy about having overpowered heals and a baby level dps rotation, right? Since that design is targeted for players like me.

I was not overwhelmed and I was not happy with my kit. I was bored. There was almost nothing to heal and casting the same spell on the same target over and over is not fun. The fact that on week 2 other roles provide enough healing to cover all damage tells me nothing has changed.

That's the problem.

(And no, my cohealers didn't carry me, they were on par. I don't parse but I went to check it because I was asking myself "Is this it? Where is the damage?")
