Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

I want to say it would give her an EU license. You can always contact valves customer service and ask them they would know better.

I play on the PS4 and have setup Stormblood for pre-order via the PSN.

I currently haven't seen a code for early access.

Please advise, and also let us who play via the PS4 if there are again issues similar to the same issues we had regarding the Heavensward pre-order and the records of Sony PSN.

So, I'm new to the game and just preordered Stormblood. I got my code and applied it to Mog Station for early access, but so far my two pre-order bonuses (earrings and RDM minion) are nowhere to be found. Will they become available when SB releases, or should I expect them to show up before that?

Asked many times in this thread and answered. PSN folks don't get a code. PSN takes care of it all.

You won't get them until early access starts or when the game goes live.

Heavensward theme not attached to any purchase, BUT it was released 6 months after Heavansward released.

No clue if it will be another delayed release or not. If you want it, I'd pre-order on PSN to make sure.

That's why I asked because I realize at the moment that's the only way to get it but I'm not sure if that will be the only way to get it ever. I will probably end up buying on PSN though.

So I know shipping can be tricky and not exact but I have a quick hypothetical about maybe buying the physical CE.

Lets say I pre-order my CE and early access is all swell but suddenly SE received too many pre-orders for CE so shipping goes a bit slower. Now my CE is being delivered NOT on the 20th (or before) but on the 23rd. Will I be SOL from the launch until it gets here? I ask because I've gotten screwed before with shipping and pre-ordering stuff and this could affect many who buy the CE or even normal physical because they have store credit with best buy/amazon/target/ect.

Will there be any grace period given to early access code accounts to give them time to input their physical CE codes? I'm not being being crazy and thinking week here but just 48-72 hours or something to make sure any delays in shipping won't screw people at launch.
