That's wrong, you just have to delay BfB activation a bit more but hey I'm glad to see that people realise some stuff ;)

Why does it have to become clunky?

Use HT after Full Thrust and just clip HT next time it comes up, it isn't nearly as bad as slipping a DoT. And it's only for that initial burst really.

should i do relic weapon quest first or knock out CT entry quest?

Yea at least get zenith Gae Bolg, then decide if you want to commit to Novus grind or settle with Liberator. Gear up with i80 epert dungeon gear and myth/soldiery until you can run first coil and farm some gear out of there. Chest and Legs from Syrcus Tower are good i100 pieces. Beat t5, finish gearing up, run new coil :)

It's a 5-6 second window, at most 2-3 auto-attacks missing a 15% buff, which is no where near 25% of your dps. Consider that your highest potency attack gets a 30% buff that would otherwise only be 15%.

It doesn't clip the dots or make the rotation clunky at all. Actually makes it a bit smoother. It's only for the opener, rest of the rotation is normal. Try it.

B4B then Sweep? Why 2 off-GCDs? I just wanted to make sure CT and Phleb both got B4B. Tried a lot of different combinations, but this seems to work best (as increase without messing up the core rotation)

Dat animation lock... I put the sweep after initial HT so it's up later, and if using a potion just remove the first sweep and sub IR-ID-B4B-Dis-Pot-CT-sweep-Phleb. But then you are back to square one with B4B falling off before that second FT..Hmm.. Maybe just swap the pot and B4b, pot falls off early but B4B lasts til second FT

The second ft without ht will be over just when bfb fall off. Its just that one second animation lock you really cant afford at any cost, so ... work on it :D

I think a bigger issue than clunky is that you're missing 30% BFB on 360 potency (chaos thrust). The ideal situation for double TVT is to pop BFB after Chaos Thrust, since BFB lasts 7 GCDs (PB, TVT, TVT).

Not to mention that you're stuck with a decision either to refresh HT or PB (which will clip the last tick of BFB-ed X-Poted PB). I think that's what Hak described as clunky.

I personally tested it out on a dummy yesterday, the results were in favour for my current opener (about 40 dps more). It might be that I'm not used to the new rotation.. *shrugs*

Not dissing on your parade here btw... I've been exploring ways to keep DRG damage from dropping off badly post BFB burst, we all wanna prove we can be better than monks right?

You can activate it just a tad before ct activation it work too, aslong you got it with sweep otherwise yeah, your problem will occur

I've been doin ~1100 dps with X pot + food + group on the opener, but yeah its just luck on the crits. Around 940ish without group
