What about the regional problems still plaguing ps3 users? I have an EU code... But I selected NA when I put in my pre-order bonus number...? This is a rather painful start. As I understood it... it's not beta 5 it's the finished product. We can't even get a hold of anyone to talk to because your customer service hours are listed as:
"FFXIV Tier 2 OL" Operation Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
This seems like A HUGE oversight. What is going on? When will we be able to play? Will there be anything offered to replace this portion of the pre-order bonus that we are missing?
Yea you guys are both right. There wasn't anything definitive in that response. I'm not too bothered by it though because ultimately we're only paying for the subscription fee. That $59.99 is confirmed to be waived by the rep here and Sony customer support. It hurts trading early access time for a waiver on the game cost (I really would have preferred they take my money instead if we could access it now, seeing as how I waited FOREVER to play this game) but that's still money we can put towards another title. Or even towards more time on FFXIV when we finally have access to it.
An ETA would have been nice though, but I suppose the man can't tell us what he possibly doesn't know.

I'm very sorry, everyone. I know you would like an ETA for this, but I'm afraid I do not have one for you. I apologize, but only Sony knows for sure when these messages will be sent out as they are the ones that deliver them.
Unfortunately, we have no way to check when these will be sent to the affected users.
So we know for a fact that we are receiving the game for free then?
Why doesn't sony respond to my help ticket? I sent 1st one 1 week ago, 2nd 4 days and 3rd today. RESPOND!!!!
Yes. Bayohne confirmed the vouchers a little while ago, and the Sony customer service rep I called this morning specifically mentioned the words, "Refund" (which we already have in our PSN wallets) and "Free game". Just be sure not to clean out your PSN inbox for the next week, as I got the impression this would greatly complicate things if you're looking for compensation.
