Why aren't we funding this

Greetings everyone,
We're very sorry that there is a delay, and that some users have not yet received their XrossMediaBar message with the replacement voucher code. Delivery of your replacement code will be done via the XMB and through PSN. Rest assured that Square Enix and Sony are aware of the issue along with the impacted customers and are working to deliver your voucher.
If you have questions or technical issues regarding accessing the PlayStation Network or the XMB message please contact Sony support.
Can you at least tell us when we would PROBABLY get the message? I am not going to freak out if you are wrong but we don't know if we are getting a message at all during early access. Are we getting codes next week? Save us from checking our in-boxes if it isn't going to be anytime soon.
But this only applies to customers who ordered through the PSN Store. What about customers whom used the Square Enix Online Store, and recieved the wrong region code? No one is responding to either of my support tickets, or tweets. Would we get a replacement code via XMB too?

You rock Bayohne. I understand if you can't tell us more, and honestly this is all I wanted-- some reassurance. Of course, it's no fun not knowing when it will arrive, being unable to get in on early access right now, or at all in the coming days. But at least someone responded and that's what most of us were looking for. So thanks. Appreciate it.
I'll be checking back here and paying attention to the announcements as well in case further information is available.
Edit: Oh yeah, I was totally kidding about the Cactuar mount (obviously). But can you imagine riding Cactuar KING?! That would be all types of awesome!
