TGS Trailer ahoy!

Did you notice when the DRG fight against the Treant, the fps really goes down? (less than 10 prolly)

It's the same "bug" of the actual version, when you have the camera inside the leaf...

Shouldn't the new engine solve this issue....? :mad:

That wasn't the same thing at all. It drops because overall the video had FPS issues.

I'll post this one here as well. YoshiP just posted not too long ago.

Up to this part we already had in mind due to the timing we gathered these materials. But the frame drop in the movie was not something planned so currently we are investigating. Today (or more like yesterday) I went to TGS stage and checked but from the one shown on stage there is no issue so it's most likely encoding error.

本当に初歩的なミスで申し訳ないですが、はっきり原因が特定でき次第またご連絡します。

Btw, it's NOT PS3 version i assume....

Well that is reassuring, too bad the rest of the people on the internet will never know that and take it as the game has fps problems.

Sad to say that I think the damage has already been done from this trailer, lots of people aren't thrilled with the low frame rate... even if they update it I'm not sure that everyone would even notice (they're not going to rewatch it again for example)

Thanks Rein again for your awesome translations! Good to see it was an error..I thought so lol there is no way SE would release something like that on purpose xD

It was fairly obvious to be an encoding error, but you can never know with this game now x.x
