Men don't fill women clothings then the result looks weird.

Personal tastes. There's not victim, no phobia, just different aesthetics senses.
Should devs spend time for non consensual tastes? I let each one gives their own reply. For me it's no. If it's ugly it's better not to be done.
I'd actually prefer to see male characters running around in the flimsy dress than see male Miqo'te/Roebro #60798798070 in the summer strap bottoms.
I do wish they altered the Thavnairian bustier in line with the (also Thavnairian) dancer job gear instead of just using the female design. Don't make it less revealing or anything, just change the top a bit, like an inverted version of having to add a bra to female versions of bare-chested designs.
By all means, and if you're cool with the way things are in terms of gender locked gear then that's obviously on topic and fine, but there's a lot of "I don't want X I want Y instead" about different things going on.
If people want more masculine hairstyles and glamours (which is a totally fair request) but they only ever seem to bring them up in topics about other things and then go back to quietly stewing about it, is it that surprising it's not getting much attention?
I'm all for making every set of gear available to every class and gender. Be a battle-mage. Be a robe-wearing tank.
