as for delsus... no idea who that is actually, i mean i did read his posts and yeah, i do agree with his sentiment but posting it in this thread wont be that productive.

start a thread if you feel strongly enough, look for a shell of like minded players or start one, make friends that have your mindset, theres tools given to us, lets use them to create our own community . pretty sure this thread is dead but theres my 2 cents

Basically, you're not going to sway your party/leader into allowing you to play a less-favored job unless you're good friends or the fight is something like Ogre. They're going to say, "Get on this job, or get out of the group because BLM's are a dime a dozen".

Sarcasm aside, I agree with a majority about pigeonholing and bandwagons and whatnot, but neither side has really come up with any new argument to support their case besides repeating themselves in a much more louder/threatening tone with each new post..
