Actually no one cares. No on my server or my FC, nor on the forums here. I checked yesterday and didn't find even one mentioning of the change in any place I looked.
For some reason their main ongoing discussion is about the amount of loot in dungeons.
Regarding MSQ though, I do a lot said run and have to say that on J servers (Mana datacenter) there's no grief towards sprouts that willing to watch the cut scenes. They can stay behind and catch up on their pace. Sometimes people will wait for them before the boss pull, sometimes not. Many times a markers are being put for them in places where you have to interact with environment or a couple of players would escort them to the next area.
Anyways, no one ever said or mentioned in any way during these runs that they are annoyed with the pace.
All jobs at 70 + no pressing need for poetics = not having to run this roulette ever again.
Castrum 40', and Pretorium 53'. Given the average 20' for any duty on DF, 2x and 3x rewards are what they need to be considered "on par".
Ho yes you speed run duties in 15' but we are talking of DF, aka PUGGIN'. Sometime you get 15', and some other you run out of the 60' timer unless you ragequitted first...
You're omitting a key factor: activity. If I run Doma Castle three times, I've actively participating. Pretorium? I'm tabbed out of the game watching Youtube. That alone will drive people away even if they do make the rewards "on par."
And only once have I ever had a dungeon exceed thirty minutes.
Japanese players dont mind it at all.
However on the english side, it looks like this will be a mentor roulette frequent thing
Let's spin it in reverse then.
Soon we'll have all these long threads over people crying about not being able to get into Castrum since nobody is queuing for it, which nobody is forced to do, and try to make the vets look like elitists for not wanting to run a 45 minute dungeon that gives weak rewards.
