Anyone who has contacted them via phone did you guys get a ticket in your support page?
I talked to them on the phone last Friday. Still no rollback today. In regards to the ticket, they closed it after I talked to support on the phone. In my opinion it should only be closed when the solution has actually been met, not discussed.
When I talked to them, they said that it was only marked as closed at the time they talk to someone about it (mine said closed, however I was able to bring it up to them again in chat and they pulled it up no problem) *shrug*
Just seems a bit awkward because where I work we don't close Service tickets till its resolved.
They don't even have a rollback system implemented yet....this is what support just told me on the phone.
This company and support are a fucking joke.
After day 6 of them suspending my account because someone hacked it and I'm still no closer to getting it back, I bought a new copy of the game (PS3 this time) to start a new char, figured now I could play cross platform and I will catch up to my old char faster than CS will do anything about it. Well turns out you need to register a unique PC code to a PS3 created account and vice versa to play cross platform. How the hell does this make any sense? I understand needing a windows version of the game to play on windows and a ps3 version to play on ps3. But why one of each for each registered character? What if I have a pc char and my bro has a PS3 char and I want to play on PS3 for a day. In SE logic I would need to buy a second PS3 version of the game. Guess I'm back in but I'm playing on PS3 which just does not run as well as on my PC. Do I really have to buy two copies of the game to replace the 1 that was hacked because CS is too useless to fix anything????

I just got off the phone with them again after a week. The person I talked to this time told me, the first person who told me the average wait time was a week, was wrong. He said that there was no ETA, but they would get ahold of me some time...
Dont trust them I was told by my friend he got a token for his acct to prevent hacking and he had his acct hacked 6 times since release SE said we have to Perm Ban your acct he asked for a refund they do not give refund to people who have broken there agreement so he explained to them that it wasn't him they asked for prof and he said i was working then then they said sorry no proof no refund and hung up on him he bought a new game and they tag his isp now he cant even play game even after buying a new isp from his provider what a load of crock
It seems this new game is a scam to get money from us with the type of "customer" support they provide. The person I spoke with actually said I may not get my account back.
Was probably hinting for me to buy a new copy...I been on hold for a week n a bit now

This is bullshit. I've never had this issue with any online game I've ever played and I've played -many-, also much lower quality games you know the ones most likely to have bots and hackers but ironically a working queue system.
To think that I've been phished or hacked personally also seems incredibly unlikely. Now I'm forced to find and sit through this ticket system to recover my account, because I did pay for it afterall and I'll be damned if this whole thing isn't sorted. I doubt I'll be playing anymore afterwards and it's too bad I can't get a refund on the crysta I've spent/built up over the years from playing XI. Never did realize what a bad company Square is until something like this happens. I have so many regrets now buying this game after sitting through early access being unable to play and now having to deal with this. It just all seems to be more trouble than it's worth. The game is good but it's not that good.
ok I contacted them today . they are saying that if your account is hacked you have to call them. that's the only way they can restore your account. you can not restore account with e mail contact.
unfortunately they said only way they can restore my item & gil is to rollback my account to 5 days ago. I did not want that to happen cause I already leveled up a lot....
its so stupid how they handle this. and it took 5 days to get reply from them.

so if your account got hacked called them RIGHT NOW! took me around 42mins to get contact.
