Yeah, I've pretty much lost faith in SE being able to solve this in time. I have 2 EU PC codes. Need 2 NA PC codes. :\
im on the phone right now on hold with them, i called them earlier and got no new news....hopefully i can get through and get some new help....i just want a NA code thats not much to ask for
If anyone needs an EU code and wants to trade me for an NA PS3 code, PM me please.
Doesn't seem to be a PM system on this forum that I can find. I will also be willing to trade the EU PC code I have if someone has a NA PC code.

Yeah i've grown tired waiting for them to say something about fixing this and Friday is almost here and not a word as been said about it even though they've known for 2 days now. I'm gonna get up and call tomorrow as i want results. Waited 3 years for this game and not had problem getting in on the previous two betas so why do i get screw at early access?
hmm k since Deseeg isn't replying, I'm willing to trade my PC NA (RAAU) code for an EU (RAAE).
I Pre-Ordered Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and I got my NA key with the North American Version from the online retailer Greenmangaming.com, and When I finally was able to register my code on http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ I got my code, and I tried to register it on the website provided to me in the confirmation, and I got this message
"The code's region is inapplicable."
"You can only enter codes from the same region as your Square Enix account."
I Confirmed with my retailer already and they sent me the correct code for "FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Digital Collector's Edition (NA)"
I really hope I can get this resolved I have tried everything, the site will not generate a new NA code for me and I have sent 3 tickets in and no responses yet, also twitter and reddit have not had any additional updates/changes to this issue
How do you people request the code to be resent?
I tried inputting it on the Register game page but it says the code is invalid. When I try on http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/, it says already used.
Let's face it. Chances are none of us are going to get into Early Access. I think we should demand some sort of compensation for their false advertising once the game actually starts. I vote for a unique mount or a cool item.

Has anyone who has gotten the wrong region just cancelled their order and decided to buy it off PSN? Did it work without flaw? I am really thinking of just doing that. Tired of the stress.
They have updated twitter but just says to redeem the codes on the site that matches your region. WE DID THAT ALREADY, BUT YOU STILL GAVE US INCORRECT CODES,
Yeah I thought they said they would update at 3PM PDT...? They're about 2 hours late.

There was another twitter update 40 mins ago but still no word for those of us experiencing this problem. I don't think I've ever encountered such incompetence before. Do we seriously have to exchange codes to get this resolved? This has been an absolute failure. Between the phase 4 problems, the convoluted website/account management and all of the early access related nonsense, this is proving to be an embarrassment. For a company trying to save face after a disastrous first attempt of a release, they are not doing a very good job.
This issue is quite annoying and they are not hearing us.

It's worth noting if they chose to continue to just ignore this and/or continue to be patronizing, that not only will we not get early access, we'll not be able to play at all. Their lack of urgency here is... erm... interesting given they have a possible class action lawsuit on their hands.
i know i keep getting the EU 20 digit code. I should be getting NA since i live in america and my account is american. then why am i getting an EU code makes no sense!
