Why do you still play FFXIV?

8. I can always find something to do. If I am in the mood to be antisocial, I can find lots of solo things to do, if I'm int he mood for people, I can find plenty to do with other people

When I don't have anything else I want to do, I New Game+ through Heavensward again

Yotsuyu pretty much checks all those boxes. She was not made out to be as significant of a threat as Zenos, but equally poor upbringing made her every bit as much of a monster.

The Roleplay.

I'd probably have left years ago if I didn't know roleplay was a thing in this game. Other games I played barely had any, or it wasn't taken much into consideration. Especially in Europe

You know how they give heroin addicts some replacement drug to help with withdrawal? XIV is this replacement drug for the mind-heroin that is WoW.

Also, my character is really cute.

I don't play much anymore, story quests when they come out, or a few min. to do seasonal events etc... then that's it until next patch.

My true friends left this game long ago, so as a solo player there's not much lure here at all.

If it wasn't for the insane demolition and guarantee of losing my home for simply not logging in (and never being able to ever get one in the future),
I would love to take a subscription break but am forced to stay which is a huge "con" to the game.

It's an ok game :)
I now play wow more and ffxi on occasion too :)

That's impossible wih how the game engine works. The 2B boots already look retarded when sitting, there's really no need to add more of that horror to the game.
