Maintenance on Halloween?

I mean it's patch 6.28 as well, and also probably a Christmas for Physical Ranged as well because they gonna get a buff :)

Not saying this is the solution you want OP, but as a rule for you and your FC (or whatever planning group you're in), just don't plan events for Mondays, or Tuesdays if you want to be extra safe. If you do this, outside of emergency maintenances, (which no one can predict) you shouldn't ever have an event that has to be cancelled due to maintenance as they pretty much are on those days every time. And if the holiday itself lands on a Monday, just don't have it on the exact day of that holiday.

The vast majority seem to be moving for a chance at housing (judging by housing discords, general chatter in and out of game, the Dynamis discord, etc.) with some wanting to "go out west/see a new frontier" so to speak. I predict all of the personal houses to be gone within the first or second lottery with a mass exodus back to the original DCs afterwards from those not starting FCs/those who havent found a good reason to stay, followed by angry threads on the forum and other places demanding more housing.

Most definitely connected, like Alpha and Raiden could be visited from the get go (excluding the complications that made them shut down DC Travel when it got too congested).
