Launcher broken?

28 mins of lobby error uggg

So many people trying to get into the login screen and sitting in queue, and meanwhile I'm still trying to download the patch.

20+ 2002 errors and I'm in! 3000+ queue? Bring it!

I guess it's on purpose so that people won't crash the logging servers with a billion requests per second, but it's frustrating to no end.

Turn off your vpn if your using it a friend had same issue and turned there vpn off and got in

I was in the queue, got through a thousand places, and then I got the server error. Its killer.

I feel so robbed. 25 mins in que, from 2061 down too 22.... and got 2002es and ofcourse now cant even reach the character screen, i want my place back, was there before some quejumpers!

Finally in queue after tons of 2002.
2.5k queue though.....

I got in line after like 11 attempts and got booted again after 7 mins in queue, so you're not safe even if you make it to the queue line.

But my roommate got kicked out of queue as I got in. So hopefully my curse of bad luck doesn't hit anymore tonight.

at least you retain your queue position when you get kicked out while on the queue. mine was from 2704 when i kicked back to title screen and it resumed to 2701. unless the queue got smaller. https://i.imgur.com/J15uJ7m.png

Finally after 15 plus attempts at playing Launcher Extreme and Login Savage, I managed to to Server Queue ultimate with 4200 people in front of me.

I think the queue got smaller. I was at 981, booted with a 2002, eventually got back in line at 2,400.

Thread is cursed.

I started reading it then got booted from queue.

It seems like the congestion is slowly waning, at least now I'm able to get to the launcher and past the checking final fantasy xiv message much faster now and actually making it to the queue. I guess we'll just have to push through, lol

btw you don't save your position in queue, i just got booted with 1000 people in front of me, relogged and now I'm back to 2800

I would love to be able to get past the 2002 errors. :(

go from 3522 queue to 2455 and then boot... lobby error 2002... FFFFFFFF yeah not going to even bother at this point. Ill be able to play in few days fingers crossed.
