Launcher broken?

Mine just shows the FFXIV logo and wont load past that.

Anyone else experiencing this?

*Edit* now shows "A system Error has occurred: 504 HTTPS system error" when first opened.

*Edit2* Adding to front post because it looks important ot know, if you plan to use a Fantasia and are in? Dont use it. likely to lose it right now.

Yep, also experiencing it. Stuck on "Checking Final Fantasy" my brothers PS5 connected with no issue though

This is common when the servers are stressed out, probably not a good idea to try and Fantasia atm tbh.

go from 3522 queue to 2455 and then boot... lobby error 2002... FFFFFFFF yeah not going to even bother at this point. Ill be able to play in few days fingers crossed.

Of all the early accesses that I have been involved in only 1.0 went the way it was supposed to. For the last 3 expansions the earliest that I was able to realize any meaningful playing time was on the 3rd day. This expansion is proving to be no different. If I can even get past the launcher I get a 2002 error on the data selection screen. The one time I was actually to select my character I was queued for 36 minutes before I received the dreaded 2002 (still 2100 in que). Someone wake me up when the game is ready to play.
