Probably will never happen due to developer constraints/schedules, but I would like to see outfits tailored more for specific genders/races. A lot of gear seems to be designed with average or petite characters in mind, so bulkier races like Roegadyn could use options tailored specifically for their larger frames. I have read complaints that some of the non-racial gear can stretch awkwardly on them or clip.

Then there's stuff like Au Ra and Miqo'te tails, I would love to see glamour or customization options that decorate them or accentuate them in a style! I've always wanted to adorn my Au Ra's tail with stuff like this:

I would still like to have a fast food employee uniform and the hat for it is wearable for Hrothgar and Viera.

How about asymmetrical armor options?

Like being able to choose a separate glove for each arm?

I know that this has been confirmed but I can’t wait to have my character wear the Garlean gunblade and gear. :)

Glamours I'd like to see:

- more glowing armor. WAY more glowing armor, just like the crafted primal weapons. It's so sad that we have over 20.000 glamour pieces and the only things that glow are one set of crafted ARR gear and the Eureka Hydatos gear, and even those have the most sad and pityful glow in MMO history

- any glamour with dyeable glow, instead of dyeable textures

- weapons with green glow / green energy particles. The only option we have so far is the Shinryu weapons. We need more with green glow.

Literally... remove role restriction and I'll have nothing else I want to ask.

Otherwise:
- More leathery, if not armor'ish tops for Healers. We are made of sterner stuff after years of neglect!!
- Tops with long scarf.
- More tribey kind of glamours.
- Jewelries that do not get hidden by other gear slots.

Vortex (Garuda), Fiend (Sephirot) and Goddess (Sophia) all have green'ish tint to their glow/particles. I have high hopes that Titania's glowy weapons will be green themed though!

I don't think that's really feasible, the way gear works is all glove and boot models are always a pair (unlike NIN weapons, for example). They could definitely design more asymmetrical pairs, though, and I'd be all for it!

This really would go a long way towards making Glamour that much more exciting

A previous MMO RPG I played (SWTOR) allowed you to apply two different dye colors to each piece. Each dye applied to a set of different regions, with some regions being non-dyable. It permitted a lot more creativity than FFXIV's one-dye-only system.

Too often I find that applying some colors to a piece produces a hideous result (e.g.: the baboon-butt subligar)
Having more control over what region got colored with what die could fix that.

However, I recognize that this is not as easy a change as just adding more glamour items would be.

I hope they didn't discard the idea of finishing the XII judges set.
There are Ghis and Zargaabath left plus the weaker standard Archadian Judge enemy.

And last wonder if they work out with the outfit of Gilgamesh XII version for a glamour set.

I'm a simple WoL, give me Red Girls's outfit, boots and hairstyle ( no smile version ty).

Still waiting on my Shinsengumi glamour for Samurai.

ALL I need is that Au Ra camisole.

More male outfits period. Would like healers to have more male options as well as opposed to feminine frilly robes. Stuff like Minwu’s outfit from ff2 or something.

I want more shorts and socks options for all jobs. I really love the YorHa Type 51 Striking/Scouting shorts, but I don't play MNK, SAM, or NIN so I'm "not allowed" to wear them because that would apparently just look unrealistic and ridiculous on physical ranged or healers and destroy the concept of job fantasy for every player.

Please, please, please can we get primal weapons for DNC and GNB

my four picks would be yuffie, rinoa, lulu and lightnings attire from LR.
Yuffie has that nice sleeveless turtleneck and shortshorts and men are BEGGING to get pants that arent Mens Warehouse Business Casual Slacks no.6337789002 like we do every patch, Rinoas got thats arm scrunchie things and a jirt, lulu...well lulus hard cuz I know people would want her hair but in lieu of that having her hairpins as a hat (gasp) hrothgar and viera could wear would be so nice and Lightnings LR attire is just stupid cool.
I would also accept her knight of the goddess attire from 13-2

How Dancer's main theme is called "Vamo alla Flamenco", an actual flamenco-inspired track, and we don't have something to wear with it? I'd love 7.0 Dancer AF set to go towards this direction!

In general I want more gear that is designed for specific Jobs.
It's weird for example how NIN just has the Radiant Casting gear but recolored lol.

It's pretty hard to find gear that is actually specifically NIN gear.

Something like Vaan's alternate costume from Dissidia NT. I know some machinist/aiming gear looks sort of similar but I want something for Fending/maiming or even all class tbh. Just looks amazing to me, wish there were more vests like these ingame
