Well the gathering reqs are really really easy. I mean at 8 attempts per node, you can rack up hundreds in a few hours. Its really not as bad as ppl think. You could do the entire gathering achievement for mining, btn, or fishing within a cpl weeks if you could play regularly and dedicated your time to just that. Thats pretty fast if you think about it...

and lets not forget how much money you earn at no cost to yourself but time whle doing the gathering achievments....

Yeah, because SE has a time machine that can go back into the past and check how many synths you did, right.

Hi Inaaca,

This is true, but they could just as easily look at everyone's Craft Levels *before* patch 1.19 (Ifrit) was introduced. There are many of us who earned our Exp the normal way before the repeatable Primals introduced a couple patches ago.

And again, it's not even "full credit": Even nominal / partial credit for # of attempts would be reasonable to bestow based on Lodestone History of when you achieved Rank 50, etc. before those patches.

But again, it's moot at this point; we just have to move on.
