If anything salted earth could be changed to scourge and if you dark arts it, it applies a salted earth bubble on the target along with the dot and have it keep salted earths cooldown timing. This would require scourge to be a gcd though because we don't need anymore doubleweave ogcds, noty. This would actually help with weaving to eliminate the need to place a bubble at all and remove a ogcd in the process.

HW reduced the number of DoTs in the game, intentionally (probably due to always hitting the dot cap)
Scourge isn't coming back in it's previous form.
Yes please bring back the delirium combo. It’s aggravating that we can only spam two combos. Even then we mostly spam soul eater. I wouldn’t mind seeing scourge come back, but I agree we need the old delirium combo back the most. Warriors get three options. Paladins have options. It was a mistake to change drk as much as they did. I really loved the old kit we had. While I agree some changes made were good, I think they may have been too much
