I didn't know if I'd get it myself when I did it, but some seconds later ding it arrived. Maybe try logging out/in etc. I had to do that to get some items I bought on the Mogstation.

been doing so for about 2 and a half hours now. mog station is under maintenance maybe that will help? idk.

im seeing more and more ppl get theres as the hours go by perhaps Adamantoise is at the end off the list or something?

Ah and be sure you haven't more than 9 (19? I don't remember the limit) mails (already read) from the game system reward.

currently have no mails in my system

It shows in mog station that I have the mount but still hasn't made it to my mailbox. I suspect SE is staging the delivery to keep from overloading things.

It shows at my Mog Station, but still no mail (mail is empty), I reckon it will be send to me the today or tomorrow. Aslong as it shows on your Mog Station, you will be fine.

I went to my mailbox and tried the Reward Delivery Request and the Falcon showed up within a few seconds.

ive been spamming it. gonna just try to get some sleep and try later. already contacted support to set my mind at ease for now but time will tell.

Just make sure you've checked both pages of the mailbox. The game never deletes your mail after you've opened it. You specifically have to hit the Delete button on each one.

If both pages are empty, then maybe it is just a matter of time.

Update: I just logged in and the mount was in my mail.

Not on my mogstation, nor in my mail. It appears I screwed myself out of the mount by getting the free 15 days from leveling a character. Excellent.

There was a campaign which rewards subscribing for at least 3 months during the campaign period with the Falcon mount. Enjoy!

(You can do a Google search for "FFXIV Fly the Falcon campaign" for more specific details)

Because today is the second of the 2 dates they were sending them out. September 5th and October 5th.

According to the promotion, this could be back an an optional mount to purchase (account-wide most likely) like Bennu and Sleipnir, so cross your fingers.
