Normally I love those epic one liners that we hear from bosses in games, the quotes from the WoW bosses are some of my favorites. But the dude I linked is one of the examples of the worst ways it can be done.

Edit: Oh and uhhh...for the record, I started on your server and played for a considerable amount of time there. I moved to Balmung and stayed because Balmung's atmosphere is much friendlier. Maybe get people on your server to try that :)?

Are you kidding? The Vault is like one of the best fights in the whole game.
I disagree with you on this. I think the voices added a good layer of charm and immersion to the game.
They are a welcome change, at least to me.

I actually found the vault boss fights more entertaining because of the voices lol. They certainly do add charm and immersion and I'd like to see more of it.

I also like how Ravana has voice too. He's the only primal that has voices during the fight.

I love the HW bosses that speak. In my opinion it makes them seem more alive and certainly more memorable. (See: "SICKNESS MUST BE PURGED!!")

ARR bosses that spoke were great but the problem was most of the time I barely heard them when they said their various one liners. In HW I can hear the bosses clearly and this is a great thing.

So no, we cannot make HW bosses be a quiet. :P
