You are wrong, I tested this, with a friend who had a 60 while I was 59. We got the same EXP. 100% the same on several different jobs. And one of those jobs was my level 59.Quote:

Daily Roulettes, then do your challenge log. FATEs might not be worth it on their own, but if you do it just for the challenge logs then it is. Same with levequests. If you're insane and can fill out the challenge log in 2-3 days then...grind it out? Once you get your first 60 and then focus on challenge log entries and doing your daily roulettes I don't think it'll be TOO much of a problem to level subsequent classes to 60 but I don't even have a 60 yet so I can't say.
Also, the Large Scale levequests are NOT worth it for EXP. Those are for the gil and for the amber rewards. Do normal levequests for EXP - per leve allowance it's double the EXP than you get from large scale leves.
If that's the case then it's a bug. The patch notes clearly state that once you get a level 60, subsequent classes/jobs get a bonus to experience.Quote:

Regardless you can't argue with the patch notes. There's meant to be an armory bonus after 50 (if there's none, it's a bug).
The Armory bonus has never had anything to do with hitting max level though. It's not a bonus for that.
It's a bonus for having any job at a higher level than the one you're currently on.
You could get the armory bonus by only having a level 5 class and then switching to a level 1 class.
Hitting the cap just means every level before is covered.

I had a 59 Paladin. My friend had a 60 White Mage.
We changed to Warriors. Both of us were level 50 on warrior.
We did a fate, and gained 14,000 EXP.
What am I missing here? -

The Armory Bonus simply buffs every Job lower than your highest level.
You will both get the Armory bonus at 50, because you both have Jobs that are already higher.
It doesn't matter if his is 59 and yours is 60.
You would only see a difference in xp if you killed something at 59 (when that is your highest) and he killed the same thing.
If you both switch to lower Jobs, you both have the bonus. -

As you can see it says lancer experience first at 481 (+115%) experience points.
The second gain was 101 (+60%) on my rogue which is my highest.
The Heat of Battle and full rested experience accounts for the +60% on my rogue.
My 50 lancer gained +115% which would be the 60% from heat and rested, as well as +50% armory bonus.
There's a extra 5% in there for some reason, but the armory bonus is clearly there. -
