Green means go!...so I'd have to say green

Green is better, yellow seems more warning your that your about to do something wrong.
Green! /10char
Green! Green! Green!
Green for optimal level~
LIKE HERE FOR YELLOW
This may differ in other areas of the world, but to me the color green signifies a sort of purity/unity. It's a "cool" color, as opposed to "hot" like yellow. Green, to me, would be a much much better choice for "optimal level". I would say do red -> orange -> yellow -> green -> white/grey. I don't know how many steps there are, but this is just kind of a standard progression of bad -> good colors. Hots indicate a sense of urgency/impulse/warning, thus hot colors should be used to indicate the negative end of the spectrum. Cools should be used once the negative threshold is crossed.

Greetings.
We wanted to get your opinions about whether you feel green or yellow would be best for when your level is the optimal level.
Lemme know! :)
Well, "Golden" is the yellow one, i think the gear that suit us better must be in golden... so Yellow is good o/
And Yellow look very shiny on the blue interface. You can't miss it.
green is the way for best fit
Hmm, I think I would prefer yellow overall for optimal level since I would rather have a color not as noticeable when my gear is suited for me and I would rather have more noticeable colors when it is not to sort of let me know when I out level gear/gear is not optimal.
Green~ :3
/10char did i do it right? :D
I'd say Green.
I read through all the UI changes and i'm trying to figure how they can help me be a better player. Anybody want to help me out explaining some things?
Green feels like the more positive color of the two.
Make gear 10 levels above you flash vibrant neon pink as a way to say "WTF are you doing wearing this??!!!"
Are we going to get the ability to target the random doors you have to use the menu to open? That would be a nice fix under this general idea.
Green
and LOL @ people getting all deep into what the color symbolizes and means to them turning them into metaphors. Just pick a color.
Green! Yellow makes me think at something broken...
Green for level = optimal level. Yellow tells me that the item is still a little above me. Green immediately makes me think it's at my level or below.
It shouldn't really be a "just pick your favorite color" thing. The colors, in this case, symbolize a piece of the UI designed to help people more easily see at a glance how "fit" their gear is for their current level. So, a color fitting the information it represents (unity) should be used, not just whatever the community's favorite color is.
Honestly ask most people what their favorite colour is and green would be one of the ones at the bottom of the list, alongside brown and grey.
(Warcraft mentality on)
But I like green ,green makes me think the item is uncommon, this then makes me think I am wearing a full set of dungeon aquired gear.
Yellow would make me think all my gear is legendary. This would make me believe I am uber leet and can take on enemies 20 levels above me. I will cry when I discover it is not the case.
So save me from tears and make it green.
(Warcraft mentality off)
:D
I am concerned that the UI team had to ask us this question...
Green please.
I Choose Green
Great changes. Was really hoping for a "remove my name while leaving other names up" option but maybe next patch.
