Okay, I'll be honest here, I only read about half of this. Please paragraph your run-on rant next time, it's annoying to read.

Anyways, first of all, I didn't say botting would cap you in a week... I said if that's what you're after, there's other games more suited to it... And I mean a week of actual play time, not a week of letting your bot run.

Secondly, saying that people do it anyway is not a valid argument in defense of something... People commit all sorts of crimes regardless of laws, that does not mean it's not still wrong to do so. So is it wrong? Yes, yes it is. The people who made this game are the ones who run it and set forth the rules, and breaking those rules as laid out in the terms of service is in fact 'wrong' of you to do. I'm not saying people won't still do it... I'm just saying that to defend something like that is idiotic. If you're gonna bot, fine, bot... But don't insult peoples intelligence by being stupid enough to try and defend it. You know you're cheating if you bot and you know it isn't fair, but if that and the risk of getting banned isn't gonna stop you, then so be it.

Lastly, there's this, which is a fine analogy to reiterate my point. Say bots are like guns... There's no good or bad ones, right? Well, be that as it may, if you use a bot in a game that has them barred in accordance with the ToS, then it's effectively the same as using a gun in a country for a purpose that said country has deemed illegal, such as armed robbery or hunting without a license. Is that wrong? Again, yes, yes it is. Not a hard concept to grasp. If you wanna say using a bot is fine, use it somewhere it's not banned, like on your own PC to sort your junk. :P

I was trying not to be too offensive the first time around, but now I'm going to be more blunt about this point... If you bot, you're a cheater... If you try to defend botting, you're an idiot... I prefer people who will either hide what they're doing, or at least own up to it. People who do wrong and try to defend it are just so obnoxious. -,-;
