he shield lob/tomahawk not breaking combo is a good change.

Monk:
Remove haymaker and replace it with One Ilm Punch. OIP now inflicts 20% slow and is on 30 second CD and has 150 potency (no TP cost obviously).
This will give Monks an actual slow that can be used while weaving skills through their rotation. It removes a useless skill and makes a cooler sounding and looking skill more useful.
I stand by the Fist of Wind change too as it will give Monks more options for more fights. Specifically in T8 where the dmg may not be as useful as the sustained TP.
A lower CD on Perfect Balance so we can get greased lightning up faster after one of many boss transitions (I'm looking at you Leviabeetus). Or perhaps leave PB and just give us Axe Kick as a PvE skill that is on a 180 second cool down as well. Axe Kick gives 3 stacks of greased lighning automatically for all those wondering.
Essentially it will give us better sustain and more options for weaving.
Nice ideas on Monk man. Axe Kick would be amazing in PvE...
Shield Swipe doesn't drop combo at all, OP doesn't know what he's talking about
The better solution would be to add them to the GCD, that way you wouldn't think of them as hits to your dps, but simply as stun abilities. The purpose for them not being on GCD was so they could be used to stun moves quickly without anticipating them as much, but the community turned them into part of the dps rotation, so you make a choice, a little bit more dps, dealing with diminishing returns. Or just change it so it becomes a shield bash on dps jobs.
Throwing in my suggestion,
Currently Paladin is a 1-2-3 skill spam job. It's not something bad in a sense (since it allows you to focus on everything else that is happening) but it's not a good thing either (can be monotone to play).
Amongst Paladin skills, we Awareness, which is actually a Gladiator skill. Awareness is useless in its current state. (Many end-game bosses cannot crit at all and crit hits from mobs are rare and not noticeable)
I admire Arcanists Aetherflow mechanics and Monk's stance mechanics. Why not implement the same for Paladin?
Remake Awareness:
Bravery
Gains Bravery buff. CD: 40 seconds.
The buff does nothing by itself, but it makes the next specific skill casted to become more powerful.
For example,
Rage of Halone
...
Bravery bonus: Attack potency becomes 400, regardless of combo state.
Circle of Scorn
...
Bravery bonus: Attack potency becomes 200.
It might also solve TP problem for Paladin
Riot Blade
...
Bravery bonus: Recovers 300 TP
Or perhaps can be used strategically!
Shield Bash
...
Bravery bonus: Can be casted off-GCD.
Sentinel
...
Bravery bonus: Duration becomes 20s instead of 10s.
The potential is unlimited.
Like Aetherflow, the buff will disappear after the bonus is applied. Seeing that it's limited to 1 every 40 seconds, it can be used to make Paladin play more dynamic and deeper.
Actually just a mistake of copy/pasting. Regardless, I did intend to ask for it to be off- GCD.
Even while it doesn't drop combo, it can popup at inopportune times & the use of it get dropped in favor of fulfilling a combo (or vice versa).
One mistake & you're crying I don't know what I'm saying. Please be less slanderous; it's okay to call a person out for a mistake, it's disrespectful to be such a jerk about it & make a gross claim.
still want to point out no one has said GL's actual buff is haste not skill speed yet.
They also need to add some sort of enmity component to shield swipe so that it might actually get used. As it stands right now it's effectively a wasted GCD. If pacification was actually worth a darn, maybe I'd use it, but right now, most of the things that could stand to be pacified are immune to it anyway, so yeah. I just have it on my bar and watch it sit there lit up. The TP and global used on it are better served starting another rage of halone combo or finishing one up etc.
Most of the skill changes in the OP are "please make my job skills op and/or easy mode".
The change i would like to see is making smn tri-disaster more worth using, after making blizzard 2 cross class skill its not even worth as a spam skill for aoe dps (after replacing it on crossbar with sprint for twin divebombs i didnt miss it). At least reduce its cast time from 3s to 2.5 s and mp cost by like 10%, so its bind effect may be at least somewhat usefull. The ONLY use i see for this skill now is immobillizing the cyclops in turn 7 in desired position untill someone can petrify it, and only because its duration is longer than bards shadowbind.
Rockbreaker is shitty tbh, it can only be used at the end of a rotation, it's range is small, and the TP cost is a bit high on a class that burns through TP like crazy. I do think the potency is fine on it though but I just wish it wasn't usable only at the end of a rotation.
OP Updated.
Bloodbath should give a Stack of Wrath instead of your proposed change. This gives it a purpose and helps juggling stacks.
I don't understand this thread. 2.25 is already here; also what makes this thread so mega? Why will the devs listen to you? Why isn't this just in one of the other hundreds of threads? what makes your ideas better than everyone else that people will listen to yours and entitles them to its own thread?
I think black mage has some mobility issues, I wish monk didn't lose greased lightning or its stances so quickly I wish tanks had more tools to grab AoE threat, however at the same time its all part of the nature of the class and the challenge of the game. I believe they said tweaks would be coming in 2.3 but I don't know what is being said here that hasn't been already.

lol these aren't "balance" changes. These are just "things I want my class to be buffed with." Balance includes, more often than not, moving power around a kit. Add "make potency of all attacks 10000" while we're at it.
/thread.
Laughing at me is not kind, just because you have a different definition of balance.
Balance also has to do with buffing/nerfing/tweaking classes in an effort to create equitability among classes (e.g. DRG/MNK should have similar net damage output at the end of the day, provided utility granted is comparable/equal).
