It's a FATE, which means it's going to be utterly disappointing.

The pugilist weapons are massive O.O! I want the gunblade and the bow, the axe is disappointing. I don't think it breaks lore at all with all the time/space crossing in FF, as long they give some kind of explanation, I'll be happy. I know a little lalafell named Snow Villier that is going to be extremely happy.

Nice smart reply, except for the fact that during FATES when there are tooooooo many people you actually can't see anything at all because the server system is trying to load characters/egis/companions as a priority over the actual fate content and party members. Once you get to Coerthas and try to do Behemoth you'll notice it. It happens with the 3 fates that relate to the dragons there and the Odin fate in the black shroud.

Flashy effects have nothing to do with it at all.
