Interesting! It totally fucks with the lore/atmosphere of Eorzea, but I can't help feeling some fanboy joy(even if I have my own gripes with ff13 and 13-2).

I hope the ff13-mob battles are fun and not full of overcrowded-FATE-brokenness or anything. And I wish I could have Lightning's outfit on my male character, but I guess I'll have to make do with Snow's...

Well at the end of the video I noticed all of them have the hairstyle. Perhaps that is technically the head piece? Only thing I can think of

Actually if you played the whole storyline the appearance of Lightning is not to odd and it actually fits in the story.

Final Fantasy 14 has some Time Travel Quests especially inside the Mage Story, so there wouldn't be any problem she coming so far from Future. ^.^ Jus saying

No it doesn't - The countless grind fetch quests to levels does more than this - Even Shanttoto showing up make sense if you did her expansion story in XI.
