Then I keep rolling need until I get the Materia I need.

I'll roll need if I need it, or if it's something I'm trying to collect (ie battlemage outfit).

I don't really care if someone better geared wins over me...the one who actually needs the item, and it has happened before. I'm willing to run the dungeon till I get it. That's the fairness of the lottery system.

It's pretty funny seeing people write about needing on things for company seals.

I have never converted an item to seals and I have to find ways to spend the plethora I get. Since FATEs are more or less easy to come by in any scenario and give you more seals, I'd recommend them to those looking to farm seals.

Needing for seals when you're really selling it is kind of silly.

If it's items I can't use on the class I am currently on, then I pass, if it is a fashion thingy then I greed or need if available, else, well you know.

doing Fates at level 50 is pretty pointless unless you going for minions or leveling a second class even then I use dungeons to level I rather run a Dungeon over and over then sit there and wait for Fates to spawn and only get there right when they end. I didnt Fate grind not once and still made level 50 within the first week.

There's many uses for gear on one character. Just keep running and you'll get it. Sheesh. You're the one being selfish.

People needing for seals... and defending doing it. This game is in a lot of trouble.

I will need (or pass) whenever I want. Others are welcome to do the same and the game will roll a random number for us to decide. I have several classes leveled so the only items I dontclick for are archer or thaumaturg or items far under levelled. In the case of my pugilist, I have done dungeon runs just for loot as I had ditched alot of normal war gear during my maruader/warrior times.

Actually, the people who think that their 1 class out of 9 is the only one they need gear for are the problem for this game. You have many options. It's your fault if you make sure you only have 1 set of gear to collect.

So not taking gear from someone that actually needs it so that I can seal/materia it is good for the game and not being a dbag and letting people have stuff they need is bad... got it.

There is so much WoW community in this game it is scary.
