I can't add Crysta at all. I get an error when choosing the amount of Crysta, not when selecting a payment option for it. The only option available to me is using my credit card directly to pay for the subscription itself, and that's a problem when trying to register credit cards keeps giving errors and blocking you from trying again, in spite of repeatedly charging your card $1.

Bunch of friends and I out here in Guam are having these issues as well. I'm getting close to my 30 days running out and figure that if its this hard to give them my money I might as well not play this game. The more I see those days ticking down the more sad I feel about possibly not being able to play and the more I feel I should just quit now and ween myself off the game before I get any more into it. I don't understand the problem really, I played XI just fine from out here and so did many of my friends. I'm hoping for these issues getting fixed, but I'm not holding my breath as I've lost nearly all faith in the quality of SE games these days.

Seem to recall players in Guam ran into similar issues back with the whole C&B mess and XI. The whole Oceania Region and all out there in the Western Pacific area was spotty at best back then for various reasons--not just denial of Crysta, but CC processing as well.

Really wish SE would just put up a map or something showing where Crysta was offered and not. Could solve a lot of headaches.

Guam is in slightly a bad spot between US and Oceanic. We're a US territory but not considered part of the United States for billing and mailing services sometimes. The bad part of this service is that we can't even buy crysta so going to gamestop or getting a card online is out of the question.

Odd though as I've played and paid for 2 XI accounts (with 1 card) and a slew of other MMO's since and had zero problems with subscriptions. This is actually my first experience of a service NOT accepting my money. Because of where I live I order things via internet on a regular basis. This service is the first time I feel I'm going to be forced through hoops and across a tightrope just to have my money taken from me. I have already reached the point where I'm starting to feel that this game has been a waste of my time as I will lose my character and time played in 10 days. If this doesn't get fixed before my time is out it will be the final nail in SE's coffin with me as a customer.

As much as the community made fun of WoW's support team, it was nowhere near as useless as SE's seemingly automated responses placing blame on the customer for some oversight. I'm quite sick of the support telling me I've done something wrong. As the customer I do not understand why a company trying to make profit would not be all over any issues with collecting money through its service.

Bump. 1.0 Player from Puerto Rico:
Unable to Buy Crysta(Error 11000)
Unable to use UltimatePay/Playspan(Option not displayed under Credit cards category)
Unable to change country
Unable to Register payment methods(Error 601)

I e-mailed SE support about not being able to add Crysta to my account with Paypal + Direct link to my bank account.

All I got was "To buy Crysta, please input an amount between 500 and 10,000."


In my e-mail, I clearly stated that I could not buy Crysta at ANY amount as it is claiming I cannot go over the Crysta limit while having a grand total of 1342 Crysta or $13.42 in my account, lol...

My suggestion to anyone looking to get support for their payment problems: Don't e-mail them, they have no clue what they're talking about. Try to get into live chat support the minute they open for business, I haven't been failed by them yet and it's free unlike the phone support.

I live in brazil as well and couldnt pay with my credit card.

The only way I found was buying Ultimate Game Card from pcgamesupply.com and adding crysta to my account (http://kb.offgamers.com/en/2012/03/2...-ffxiv-crysta/).

Just for the record my account was created using USA not Brazil.
