Dungeon Limit

Sounds more like you want to limit other players so you don't get surpassed greatly by people who stand in RT with their AF+1 Relic weapons out to show off to people who will get jealous and go post on the forums on how they need to limit dungeon runs for other reasons than the true reason, which is, you're jealous.

True true, I just got so sick of fighting boulders and rocks as a Maruader, I figured I could attempt to enjoy some variety and chop wood instead.

Dungeon lockouts are stupid. There's no need to artificially block people. It also hurts FCs who are trying to run them to gear their mates in situations where, say, they are running tier 3 but lost some bodies, and need to bring some people from tier 1/2 up to replace them.

Having said that, I'm surprised people think it hasn't been tried before. Some games have LONG lockouts on endgame content. In my experience, the only purpose was to hide the lack of endgame content.

Let's limit others because your mommy only lets you play an hour a night and you don't want to be left behind, right?

There's no point or benefit to what you suggested. There's already caps on the tombstones that you want to get anyhow, as it is it will take people months to get full AF2 + relic weapon +1 due to the 300 weekly cap.

well I have to comment him that his beliefs hasn't changed in almost 3 years. This is the same stuff he was lobbying for back in the 1.0 beta.
you would think in that time he would figure out that this may not be the game for him and move on. Looks like trolling is more his favorite hobby then playing
ffxiv.

I do a lot of dungeons. I did Brayflox 4-5 times a day when I was sick/off from work.

Wanna know why?

I'm a healer. If I queue up it lets other people get pops and continue their storyline. I suck up the repairs and look for ways to offset the cost, but I find it sort of a personal 'duty' to do the dungeons as much as I can when I can.... I can collect gear that others don't need from time to time, which my other classes will someday appreciate, but more it's feeling that I'm helping out other players.

Do you REALLY want dungeons limited? Heh.

SE's lack of foresight is amazing at times... could spend a paragraph spouting sarcastic witty comments but it's not worth it with how obvious this was, they should have known what'll happen when only one dungeon providing a certain required token.
