First off you have no idea whether this is truly a client side issue at all since you are assuming that point on the fact that it is not you that acquired this issue, I am not alone when it comes to this error code and it has been around since pre-beta of 1.0 so dont give me that "It is a client side issue" my internet works perfectly fine for EVERYTHING ELSE why the hell would it be my internet for ONE game.

You are asking me to uninstall over 3TB of information ... you really think ANYONE would be willing to do that? and I'm sorry but any game that requires a clean install of the OS is NOT worth the effort.

Yes I've uninstalled entirely with a clearing of ALL SQEX related files

I'm stuck with the same issue, and it also happened when we were able to download the client for open beta/early access. The only way I was able to get by it then was to grab a torrent of the game that someone uploaded since all the usual responses of 'update your drivers' or 'restart your router' did nothing at all.

Agreed Miscah, it is just irritating having to do that with EVERY patch that comes out ... I shouldnt have to redownload the ENTIRE game every time they decide to update system files for it.

I've been having the same issue as well. I already know my Internet sucks (that can't be helped due to my ISP having a monopoly over where I live). I don't have any luck downloading straight from the launcher but what I can do though is download patches in a .zip format from 3rd parties. So what I'm ultimately wondering is if anyone out there could hook me up with a site that would have the latest patches I can download and avoid the launcher. Thanks in advance!

Facing the same issue too. I didn't have any problem when downloading the beta 4 client some weeks ago, then faced this for the first time during patching before early access, and now again.

This is even infuriating since I have a slow internet connection and SE is stubbornly using huge compressed file which can go up to 2GB before splitting them, instead of splitting them into smaller chunks to reduce the chances of facing errors. Not even going to talk about patcher not supporting download resume for a file being downloaded.

Yea, same problem again.. the funny thing is: i sent a ticket explaining everything about this problem to them at day 24... got auto-email saying "in 48hours max we will answer your ticket" and no answers anymore since then. And all topics here, are just ignored. No answers at all.

Anyway, if anyone know some trustful source to download the whole game AGAIN, by torrent, patched for today, please share the link.

The question was IF you had tried to reinstall windows.
That can be done on a separate drive IF you have one available for testing on just for testing purposes.

I've read plenty of threads about this issue and evidence points to either internet or client side issues as the cause. Yes, client side CAN also mean that it is in the patcher itself that there is a problem with your setup in some way.

I haven't yet had actual physical access to any computer that reports this error code, so I haven't been able to troubleshoot it myself.

You also don't know just how any of your currently installed software may have affected your windows install, so saying that "everything else" works doesn't really mean much.

What you can try if you haven't already is to change dns servers to opendns or google's dns servers to see IF there is a problem with the node that your patcher gets a connection to.

This error, 11006 20641 20643 doesnt look like "internet issue". Because by example, i can download the whole 1gb of patch normally, the problem is when it starts to install the patch, and gets the error.

Any chance you could be having a conflict with your current firewall and/or Antivirus?

i got the error and im pretty sure it will still after maintenance.
