hey guys,xion cross here.i suddenly occured problem.when ever load my character and press enter,while loading to the world,"final fantasy xiv realm reborn has stopped working".why is it?

Oh dear, I actually don't know, it could be that some of your files have become corrupted, have you tried posting the error details in the technical support forum? Try taking a screenshot for them and giving them as much detail as possible. I'll see if I can find out anything and I 'll post my findings on the GoC forums.

my other character in na server are ok.i think i even re-updated with other pc.same problem.

it started when i enter coerthas central highlands and it crash.

I'm sorry but I don't think I have the technical experience or knowhow to help you. You should try posting in the technical support forum and maybe consider sending in a ticket. Hope that helps and that we can see you soon ingame.
