If you are truly a popular Youtube reviewer, you don't need to worry about content licenses. Game companies will actively seek you out. Until then, there is really nothing to justify your existence as a reviewer. 90% of the "game reviewers" on Youtube could vanish today, and I'm sure we would all get along just fine in assessing a game's value and enjoyment.
EDIT: I know they have actively searched for quality reviewers, that was what I was pointing out. (and you say my English comprehension is bad?) BUT! The people getting blocked are not the ones they asked to review the game. The people getting blocked are the no-names who are trying to make quick buck with the smallest amount of effort possible.
