Mounts

ceourl is Lv 20 i believe
same for the 90 day pre pay

I think people may be confusing legacy accounts with standard 1.0 accounts again. As a non-legacy 1.0 player, I was not able to ride my goobue until (assumedly) I joined a grand company and got my chocobo licence (3102, and then 90000 error prevented me getting that far lol). In the mean time, my legacy friends were able to use their chocobos and goobues straight away.

hopefully that wont apply to the CE mount. im ready to ride my coeurl!!! YAW YAAWW KITTY!!!

I'm going to be bummed if i can't ride my CE mount right away,but i'll deal with it if i have to.I wasn't able to get to level 20 in Phase 4 beta due to issues so poop. lol Oh well still can't wait ;0)

Coeurl Mount

Adventurers will be able to ride a variety of mounts for transportation in A Realm Reborn - including chocobos, Magitek armor and more! With this bonus, you'll be able to hop aboard a coeurl and chase down your foes!
* Players will be able to ride mounts once they have reached level 20 and have obtained a chocobo.

he is right. just look at all the posts from people with 1.0 characters who didnt get their issuance. they couldnt ride them


CE items dont come out till the 27th anyways so you dont have to worry about that. you can easily get to the required level in that time assuming youre apart of early access.


but no mount is rideable until you get your chocobo issuance license from your grand company.

20 is the minimum level but you HAVE to have a chocobo issuance before you can ride it anyways. that quest doesnt start till you join a GC at level 22.

I had wondered if mounts would be restricted until you got the chocobo permit. Good to know thanks!
