How I read Matt's post is that there will be a time that old players can transfer to the new player servers. But I swear the next lines say that will never happen.

I'm sure I'm just being a bad reader so, yeah someone show me my sillynes.

No, the second sentence does not applies a conditional again, so it's simple to presume that the conditional of the first sentence still applies.

"You can not do x, unless you y" "something else related, also remember you can't do x" does not contradicts the 'unless you y'

Will there be old server with the tag EU or US ? And can we transfer our old character to them ?

It's a question that many US and EU players want to know the answer

that what we want to know also would we know which world are base in NA or EU so we can switch to it. but i'm guessing they don't know what they going to do yet themselfs.

I don't know why SE is making it so hard on themself. Make new worlds NA,EU,JP make few of them for old players and make few set only for people with level 1 char can enter.

They making it harder on themself when it's so simple.

Except SE appear to have a great problem with any language at all, that or everyone here save for a handful has problems in understanding.

Yes, you can make a new character on the fresh start worlds, just not move your existing character to them.

I' dont understand but are they saying "legacy players" cant choose a server with new people in it?

Pretty sure they're just saying you can't take your pre-existing character to a new server is all. You could create a new one on a new server despite being a Legacy member.

Existing (now we have) characters are going to stay with (old) servers like you can't transfer your (now we have) character to (new) servers where it would be empty but they are allowed to create new characters for those (old) servers.

I am not saying (old) servers like where you are currently in the (Sargatanas) server. I don't know what they are going to do with the (old) servers.
