Cosmic Exploration Upgrade Scaling

yeah thats exactly what i'll do. i dont think zodiark had much problems though.

another weird thing are the mecha fates... no clue how they are called in english. wanted to do one in the morning. there were two other people around and in the end we were at 5-10%... dont know exactly its hard to guess.
afterwards someone told me you need a pilot player to be able to clear it. thats so stupid. it feels bad... and more so in the future with less people around all the time... especially for new players knowing nothing.

makes me wonder what happened to their 12 year experience developing this game.

Youre right i guess. Ofc i could not check the other instances but i did see some not doing anything (tbf at midnight some might have fallen asleep or just gave up...)

The 2nd chance at 6:40 in the morning did fail but around 15:00 we had slightly more then 300 and cleared without any issue... though idk if there was a bonus for being the 3rd attempt...

Still it sucks. The stages should always take an day, from all the fates i saw 2...

Well they'll have introduce buffs to player contributions with Occult out in little over a week Cosmic will be even deader in numbers, hell at the current rate If Cosmic has 20 or more steps to Stage 1 I don't see this getting finished before 7.3 when we'll maybe be getting next Cosmic Zone without massive player buffs & nerfs to amount of contributions needed.

the pilots contribute 10 or 20 times as many resources as players do, it makes sense that they fail without them x)
People without robots are pretty much useless in these fates

Or you just need about 30 people or so without any pilot.

Oh my god... I didnt even have that on the Radar... totally forgot its still coming this patch. They REALLY should have given us Cosmic WAY earlier... It was already close now... And we all know, you will have a hard time if you dont join the new stuff...

Faerie this morning failed their first ever expansion FATE simply because it popped 4 am East Coast time and barely anyone was on. I think Jenova also just failed theirs because it's still pretty early morning for the West Coast.
No wonder it took Dynamis servers (becides Seraph) so long.

Also (on mobile currently so cannot edit my first post) why is the server punished by not allowing Red Alerts and Mech Ops to pop? I get that they would be a waste of "progress" but Red Alerts are extremely good for gathering cosmic class points (especially Fisher, I'm at 350k ALONE by doing Red Alerts and only touching otherwise to do the tool) and Mech Ops are good to get bonus credits (and sometimes I get bored and just like being the mech).

If you're in a mech, you can completely solo the Mech Ops yourself, on either mech. As long as one person is in a mech, you can pass. But no matter how many people you have on ground support, you will fail if someone isn't in one.
It's a bizzare thing, because the game *wants* you to be ground support since you get the credit bonus, and the mech you just get a Big Bang ticket (or the rare mount drop) which... At this point is just for the 1000 spins achievement and nothing else.

And while yes the Big Bang tickets gets you better rolls, anyone who engaged with cosmic exploration already has everything they want from that. Or bought what they want since most items from it are pretty cheap.
