Its absolutely bonkers some of these abilities take so long to come out now and they haven't tried to do anything about it yet besides mostly meaningless number changes. Trying to toss yourself into a teamfight and getting a {Phantom Rush} let alone an {Ouroboros} out in a reasonable amount of time is hellish, the fact you can disjoint {Ouroboros} so hard that you can go into {Snake Scales} or heal multiple times during its windup just feel wrong, like sure it works in PvE but sure as hell isn't in PvP. If this doesn't get a revert most instances of this or general considerable changes in 7.2 then *whew*, good luck folks, we'll all need it.
