as for your friend, you can tell them to bid on a small goblet, they'll get a house in a single round ; ) but something tells me they dont want goblet and they'd rather have nothing at all while bidding on houses with bids instead of bidding on one with 0 to at least have something

SE won't do anything about it because it's not against ToS. One house per one FC. They are not owned by one person and you can't prove those are bot FCs.

Well you made this thread about Sagittarius. If you see housing being sold on servers that have no housing left, you are welcome to report it.

However, Sagittarius is on life support and has free housing for miles. I could post an ad selling my left sock for a thousand dollars, doesn't mean anyone is going to buy it.

And what would be the point of using a bot program here? What task would it be doing? You don't need a bot to own a house.

So doing something bad is fine because this server is still not in thirst for housing? Hmm.
The way I see it these bot guilds are gathering housing and are gonna sell when the need for housing comes, eventually.

Do you know what a bot is?

It's not fine, I just don't believe it happens on empty servers. You didn't post any screenshots of house ads and then went straight to talking about servers with a housing shortage. My guess is those ads you saw were for houses on populated servers, not Sagittarius.

Why do you think they're bots in the first place? You can claim a house with a lvl 2 alt. There's no need for botting and it isn't against TOS.

My friend you have poked the hornets nest of Submarine bots, and housing sellers.

It's clear what the Submarine farmers are doing. I've seen their schemes countless times. They buy the plot, they farm gil from the submarines, and when the plot becomes desirable they flip it for either RMT or a ridiculous sum of gil. It takes little effort for them to start their operations back up again on another plot they can accquire elsewhere. Don't even try explaining it to some of the people here, who have secondary interests and argue in bad faith.

I find this is more of an issue on bigger servers like my mains server leviathan and other big servers where people have multiple homes like this when bigger servers have actual housing supply problems. but on dynamis oceania and the 4 recent EU servers where there are still a couple thousand houses available why complain about a ward when you can easily go to any ward and buy a house.
