I was just mentioning this to my wife. While I enjoy the chocobo music...I hate that it is all I ever hear while traveling. Some of the music in this game is absolutely fantastic, and definitely adds to the feel of each zone. I ride through a gloomy, dark land and all I hear is TRUMPETS! Excitement! Circus time!

Chocobo music is great in moderation, such as when you first get the chocobo, mini games, etc. Not 24/7 in every zone you ride through. Rather than lose it completely though, an on/off toggle would be great. Different strokes for different folks.

Since it was already addressed by the rep for a 2.0 implement....Yay!

I love Nobuo, but he's really at his best with linear storylines. People don't realize it, but composing for a game with a linear plot and composing for an MMO are quite different, and Mizuta is far better at the latter.

I hope the option extends to other looping songs so I don't have to hear the same song 70% of the time for 3 weeks.
