Is there a possibility of making every single S rank working like Ixion?

I'd rather them get it over with rather than trying to shove every possible player into a single zone, shutting out players who just wanna go about questing or gathering or whatever other stuff there may be need done there.
Imagine missing a Big Fish who won't spawn again for 3 more IRL weeks because a few people gatekeep open world mobs from dying? That sounds horrendous.

Maybe you exist on a cultured, smarter and more self-serving datacenter which values maximum S Rank exploitation for everyone. If there are 200 people interested in an S Rank on those worlds, 200 will get the S Rank. Those DCs usually respect a construction they call the spawner's right to engage and are strictly organized and dominated by a central hunt force.

There are low IQ shithole datacenters which burn marks as quickly as possible for minimum community gain. Those are usually plagued by civil wars where different guerilla hunting groups try to keep each other from establishing dominance of the hunting market. These groups will spawn and kill S Ranks parallel to one another so that either group gets less total marks per unit of time. I haven't done the hunt on Primal in a while, but it was a mixed bag at the time. The general consensus leans towards 5 minutes from the pop time. It's fair and people should expect to miss it if the queue is more than 50 to hop over. Occasionally, there's an idiot lurking about about and an effort is made to reset.

Five minutes? Yeah this is completely reasonable. If you are from Primal, you are among the elite of global hunters. Out of your little pampered bubble you cannot make realistic judgements about the culture on other Data Centers until you actually come down from your ivory tower and step into the muck.

I'm not making any kind of judgment about anything. Frankly, I don't care about what happens on other DCs. I barely care about the hunt on mine until it's time to get the latest upgrade mats. "Learn how to act" and "Deal with it" are some thoughts that jump out in response to your commentary. Giving people more time to come over to my DC to make matters worse is a terrible idea.

If you really hate the hunt there, maybe you should take that free transfer if that matters so much to you.

Ok this has taken a completely unexpected turn.

To be honest with you, I thought we were on the same page and if you wanna fight I can't even attack you, cause I agree with everything you say. Say something more daring and give me the opportunity to shoot back if you like.

So I didn't judge you, I don't have any issue with how things are going and I'm dealing with everything just fine. I also don't think I said you should give people more time, in fact I said your DC is reasonable? And then what do you mean "there"? I'm not on Primal. Which in either case I never attacked and in fact regard as a model DC for hunts if I believe what you told me.

Honestly, beyond a more in-game way to track the respawn timers for A and S (or at least being able to know if they're currently spawnable/alive), I don't think system needs much improvement. Blocking people from other worlds/DCs would make achievements for A and S rank basically lifelong commitments to achieve and nigh impossible for those who play in bad timezones; while invuln timers and such would just serve to congest servers further. The main issue ultimately, isn't that players are behaving 'wrong', or that world hopping is bad. Main issue is that there's not enough S and A marks for people to be able to grind for achievements and their cooldowns and random elements only serve to encourage both congesting and early pulling.
