I forgot to mention the achievement mounts, though I'm not sure I'd count them since WHM's Unicorn is obtained pretty easily by a quest around their trainer. If anything, I think either mounts or at least bardings would be a great way to further enhance class fantasy. One of the only things I miss from WoW are some of the mounts.
Each job does need there own job mount. Then ones would play more than a few jobs to get all the mounts. That give ones something to do on down time between patches.
