I'm sure it happened to me too as I was new. But man why get so upset? Take a break, the game is fun. WoW does have weekly loot too, at least in mythic content. Ok maybe they changed it, my last WoW experience was 3 years ago.

And work at your wording. We are persons here and not NPCs.

Well, 2 completely different games by different developers. Why would you expect the loot rule and the game play to be the same is beyond me really.

I wish we could trade in the alliance raid coins for gear from that alliance raid. I dont really care about 600 gear on alt jobs but I do care about the fashion.

Rant aside, I do think an option to exchange the gear for one similiar would be good. (Ie ie Chest for chest) but if they added it i think it should be added to the old tier stuff and not the current one.

Meanwhile, I'm over here in the corner trying to read the walls of text complaining, just saying "yikes."

There is or was this assumption in the WoW community that all other MMOs are WoW clones. So most WoW refugees come here and may treat XIV like it is WoW and that's one of the biggest mistakes a WoW player new to XIV can do.

One week or two on a piece of gear won't make or break anything kupo so don't fret and it will come around again <3 kupo
