Hey. I just found out about aglaia. I just started playing ff14 when endwalker came out. After playing aglaia, i found out about the one loot per week rule AFTER I greeded on something i didnt even need. (What?!?! seriously??? why even have a greed option, then?)
I'm sick of spending weeks on here in pain because of rules that i am not used to and no way expected at all. I am used to world of warcraft's need button being on the right and pass on the left. Oh BOY GREAT DAY IF FF14 DOESNT PUT THEIR NEED BUTTON ON THE LEFT. I needed on something I didnt want, ran aglaia again, because I didnt even see the notification that I won a roll on something that I rolled a 20 on - pantheon robe of casting (YOU KNOW, THE ROBE EVERYBODY SEEMS TO WANT BUT I DONT AND I WON IT WITH A 20). I logged on monday after the maintenance thinking that ff14 decided to reset early, because on WoW, when they do maintenance, they do it on the same day of the reset so as not to minimize time. After coming home from work, I logged on and couldnt play because of the maintenance that i didnt even care about. Now it's tuesday and I come home from work and accidentally get something I didnt even need after being insanely angry yesterday that I wasted my time at some point doing an aglaia after maintenance thinking that i was going to get loot and the reset hadn't happened yet. Now the day had come, and I still wasted my time again and now apparently ANOTHER WHOLE WEEK! I ran aglaia after getting that peice of gear not knowing that I even got it, because I missed the notification due to all of the spam that happens because ff14's default window is too small and contains too many spam messages at one time, forcing people more quickly to separate windows in order to see things. (DIDNT EVEN HEAR THE JINGLE THAT COMES WITH RECEIVING A PEICE OF LOOT... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THATS WHTA I WAS LISTENING FOR)
Is there a place i can turn in this peice of gear and just go back and re run it for a chance to get something I actually want and not waste my time today.. I ran aglaia TWICE and now typing all of this when IM JUST ABOUT DONE WITH THIS GAME!
